Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
In order to make a return, please ensure that:
The product was purchased within the last 15 days from filippogallettidesign.com
The product is in its original packaging
The product is not used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from us.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please contact us by e-mail at: [email protected].
Send the product with the original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the box, to the address provided in the e-mail with the return authorisation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped to destinations outside Italy can be returned, however duties and taxes are non-refundable.
When returning items to FilippoGallettiDesign after receiving an RMA, be sure to ship with all necessary taxes and duties prepaid.
Duties and taxes incurred on items returned to FilippoGallettiDesign will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs incurred in returning a product are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage of the product during transport, whether outward or return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged product, please inform us immediately for assistance.
